Melissa Maher is the founder of Pinnacle Enterprises Group and a sought-after executive coach, retreat facilitator, and leadership strategist. With over 20 years at Expedia Group – including roles as Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Innovation, and the company’s first Chief Inclusion Officer – Melissa brings deep experience in global marketing, communications, partnerships, and inclusive leadership.

Today, Melissa works with executives, entrepreneurs, and rising leaders across industries to help them build confidence, strengthen their executive presence, and lead with clarity and impact. She is the creator and facilitator of Executive Essentials: Confidently Command the Room, a five-week leadership development program focused on personal branding, executive presence, influence, and authentic leadership. She also teaches public speaking and storytelling, helping leaders speak up and stand out—on stage, in the boardroom, and in every room they walk into.

Melissa is a certified professional executive coach and advisory board member with Thayer Ventures, Women in Travel Thrive, and Female Founders in Hospitality. She has been recognized as one of the most influential women in travel and hospitality and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
